I don't know whether the good reviews here are real but I have a horrible experience with Apex. I trusted APEX when they said I was in good hands and of course I also trusted those good comments or reviews. However, I was so wrong to trust them. Bruno and Tim were great at the beginning then they disappear and never respond to any emails or sms when I need them, the company directors to sort things out. Administration: they were wonderful at the beginning then disappear, never reply to any emails or calls. They completely ignore any communications I tried to make. At the beginning, they always got back to me and assured I didn't need to worry about anything. When reading the emails, you feel great and feel you are in good hands for sure. After that, their emails became less and less, and then nothing. Their emails only contain a few words or no response at all. Feeling like I was talking to myself. Site supervisor: talking to me like I am child and know nothing about building a house, poorly organise jobs, leave the site unattended for months. The entire company has been treating me like I need to beg them to finish the contract and they don't even care if I and my contract exist. They gave me timeframes and plans but never keep their words. Every time I got a date or a plan from them, it never happened like what were said. I believe that they just said so to stop me follow up with them. I know everyone is busy and i tried to be professional and gave them time to sort things out but they never appreciate that and think I can wait for them for the next 5 years. My house frame left exposed to the weather and turned to black just like the pictures of a building in this review and I am scared to live in my own house. I regret that I signed the contract with them and yes I am not happy.

DODGY BUILDER. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. This company is a joke. Staff to management, they're hopeless. They should collapse like others so they can't rip people off anymore.

Site is left filthy all the time.Scaffolding along a common driveway that was promised to be removed in 3 weeks is still up after 6 months.Poor quality build on a poor quality site with poor quality trades, I would caution anyone wanting to buy from this company

We moved into our new build at the start of this year, with multiple defects that we are still seeking resolution to repair. Multiple attempts to contact site managers from multiple people in our building complex and this, has been unsuccessful as Apex are not responsive, have no communication skills, and we seem to have to new site managers every few months. We find ourselves having to recite the same issues and problems, again and again without any response or action. It appears Apex do not care about their quality, customers relationships or satisfaction. Disappointing experience and if anyone is buying a new Apex home, please beware.

Been a nightmare to deal with, we moved in last year and have multiple issues that still haven't been fixed, such as a holes in the roof, water damage, and mould in our bathroom. All the homes in our development have the same issues and we have gone through several site managers, unresponsive staff, and revolving door contractors. Steer clear!

Let’s face it, renovating / extending your home or building a new one can prove to be a daunting task for the uninitiated. You always hear stories about shonky builders and bad trades people from your friends and family. However, Apex Homes were able to put our minds at ease with the rather large extension to our family home right from the outset. We found that they were professional and reliable. The work was completed exactly as it was specified, within the contract price and was completed on time. I have no hesitation in recommending Apex Homes as I know that anyone will be just as impressed as I am.

After hearing many horror stories about building a home I was dubious about going down that road but being a single mum my options were limited given that buying an established home with the added cost of stamp duty, wasn’t feasible for me. Building for the first time has been like a dream come true, the team at Apex treated me like a family member, taking me through each stage of the building journey. The quality products used meant that I didn’t have to upgrade anything and TURNKEY was exactly what Apex delivered. Surprisingly this was such a smooth and exciting journey and it has been wonderful to just move into a beautiful new home where everything is done and all that is required is for me to enjoy the comfort. Thank you Apex for providing a quality home and for the exceptional supportive team that made this possible.
