Terrible, they didn't put down cost of fee that I paid for managing my tax affairs on my return. I realised after I lodged my tax return one whole year after I used them and to my benefit I got back $50 more for my return.Dont go to these guys go to the one in Croydon they are better.

been using H&R Block for a few years now and find the staff very friendly and do their best to get you the best return also to make an appointment is easy online and you can pick which staff member who is available or who the one that you have used before all in all I find them easy to work with

Did not complete my tax return properly from 2 years ago so now I have to pay the ATO $900. I called them and they apologised and said it was just human error and that they were sorry. All they offered was a voucher for a tax return but that is totally pointless because you can calm it back the next year anyway. Will be going some where else in the future. Terrible!
