The fast printing team are efficient and friendly. The labels and business cards are of high quality. I do think it is important to chat with them before choosing your material as they know what works best for different sorts of products. They can get really busy so it is important to get your order in sooner rather than later. I have been getting my labels done with them for a few years now and always been happy.

Our print job was ruined and this now affects the launch of our product - we can’t launch now.We’ve tried to get a resolution to no avail so far. Fast Printing blamed our designer for their error. Our label was meant to be a Christmas red as per our artwork approval and they sent us burnt orange and told us we should’ve expected this. It wasn’t in the artwork so we didn’t order the orange colour, or expect it. Their logic is ludicrous.They’ve taken no responsibility for their error and want to bill us again to reprint, which we can’t justify when we are in launch mode. Why would we give more money to risk the same error again?Devastating outcome for our business as we can’t launch the new product and service the pre sales we have already confirmed.

I have been using Fast Printing for the last 3 years. They have always had amazing friendly and prompt service, with very competitive prices. My most recent order dispatch was delayed and they upgraded the shipping to express courier where I received the stickers the next day! Sticker quality and colours are top notch, and exactly as I have approved and to my expectation. Highly recommend.

Their website and Instagram account all look so incredible, so I was very excited to make an order and receive business cards (an order for work). Unfortunately, the cards I received had SO many faults. The card cuts were terrible and there were white marks and scratches on many of them (they were black cards). There were also these weird white water looking marks on a few of the cards. The quality was really not good at all. I was so disappointed! I emailed them about the problems and asked for a refund, and to send the cards back too - why would I want to keep them? They said they can't offer refunds but can only send new cards. Of course I didn't want new cards but had to go with it. New cards just came in and the quality is just low... again disappointed. The printing on the card just doesn't seem right, almost that look when you print from a cheap home printer. Again the cut of the card looks cheap - it looks like they have just been cut with a cheap Officeworks guillotine.The only positive thing I could say is that their customer service was good as they had fast and efficient replies.Wish I had just paid more and ordered locally in Melbourne with a previously used company that has made other business cards for us.

This company does amazing work! They are patient and really work with you until you are happy with the end product. Great communication. Their paper and foil selection is excellent. Production and shipping is also very fast! 5 stars!

We paid extra (literally 4x the price) to have our labels printed via offset printing rather than digital and colour matched with Pantone (PMS) colours. The entire point of the Pantone Colour Matching System, is to be a standardised system to help printers and designers to specify and control colours for printing projects. You specify a colour value and printers then know the formula to get the correct colour - it is their JOB to ensure the final printing matches the colour you specified when paying for this service.We got our 1000 labels that were NOT matched to the correct colour, it was a closer match for a much lighter pink. They said since it was - in their opinion - in between the colour we chose and a lighter shade, so that made it acceptable......when the whole point of paying extra to use PMS colours is to get the exact or VERY NEAR colour you specify.They offered to reprint at cost price, which for a new business when we had already spent a lot of money on printing is just not good enough, they didn't do their job correctly so a reprint should be on them.Also they make it seem like they are based in NZ and Sydney Australia but they are in South Korea, so expect shipping to take a while.If you are after specific colours for branding purposes i recommend just finding a decent local printer, they will let you SEE print proofs/samples of your work so you know what you are getting before signing off on actual print runs, and in my experience always happy to ensure colours are printing as you want them
