I can not recommend her enough! I have been let down time and time again by hairdressers and since I found her I have not gone anywhere else!She took her time to take me from brunette to blonde to ensure my hair was still healthy she was realistic with my expectations and we are now going from red back to blonde ! Poor lady….I say leave your hairdresser and book in with her now don’t waste anymore time if you want amazing hair that feels and looks good too.

Absolutely the best in the business for all things hair! My hair is long & used to get dry & tangled but thanks to Sarah recommending the right products, keratin treatments & regular trims it is now so soft & thick! I cannot recommend her enough!

Great hair stylist. Sarah is clearly a very experienced hairdresser and gave me easily the best cut I have had in some time. Reasonably priced too and so easy to book. So good to finally have a decent salon in the area.

Having seen Glow the Salon’s Instagram profile I booked a consultation with Sarah (the owner). During the consultation Sarah was friendly and amicable. I discussed the permanent hair straightening procedure that I wanted and Sarah advised me that this was a process she could do. Sarah stated that the chemical straightening would be permanent (new growth from the root excluded). My hair is already naturally straight aside from the ends (~10cm) which Sarah said would be rectified.During the appointment Sarah’s personality changed. Perhaps she was just having a bad day, but, it seemed that now she had a client locked in she could drop the friendly persona. For me Sarah seemed unnecessarily rough with my hair and was passive aggressive.Despite following the extensive hair care instructions my hair texture remained the same as before the procedure. I contacted Sarah to make to make further enquiries, however, found her uncooperative.Whilst from the images I saw online Sarah can indeed apply hair extensions and colour hair nicely, she appears to have deliberately overstated her capacity to perform chemical hair straightening. I speculate that she assumed she could perform the procedure from simply reading about it.I requested a partial refund or that she redo the hair straightening procedure only (this would exclude the cost of the haircut and shampoo I purchased). I felt this was a fair offer and instead I was met with obstructive behaviour. I have included pictures for reference of our subsequent conversations and hair result. This process is common enough to understand how the end result is meant to look like and the process did not perform as she advertised it would.I have decided to let the matter rest (I no longer want any compensation) rather, I would like to inform potential future customers of my experience. Upon the time of writing this Sarah has deleted her Instagram and website. I did not press the matter further from the text messages posted, thus this leads me to believe that her business has not matured.I had spent $652.

Everything about the experience she provides is amazing. She rescued my hair after another hairdresser had ruined it and every appointment since she's made it even healthier and more beautiful. I will be a lifetime client.

I have followed this hairdresser from the Gold Coast to Brisbane since 2018 - you know when you've found the right one to trust with your hair? You gotta hold onto that. If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing, gets it right every time and can fix your box dye/pandemic bang mistakes - look no further.

Iam a new client to Glow The Salon , and Sarah was so friendly and professional, she took time to listen and recommend colour and help with my curls, iam more than happy as she did go the extra mile to produce a great colour.
