On January 27th 2023 I had a serious accident in which I injured my shoulder really badly. I had an urgent surgery. I lost my arm's mobility. Thanks to Natalie I am much better now. I am recovering my movements every day and soon I will have my normal life back. I strongly recommend Symmetry Physiotherapy and its professionals.

The team at Symmetry Physio in Ascot Vale are simply brilliant. Stephen Gosling has been a magician in helping me get on with normal daily activities and working on getting my strength back after my broken back and bad plantar fasciitis in both feet! I've seen many physios over the years to treat/manage some serious injuries - these guys are by far the best.Jess, Steve, Anthony and the team are all highly knowledgeable professionals who understand and recognise the deeper issues which underlie the immediate or acute presentation. This means real rehabilitation focused on addressing the root cause, not just immediate symtom relief.I'm so glad to have found Jess and the team - highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place and the staff! As a full time dancer it’s hard to find a physio that understands the dance industry and our schedules. Through seeing many physios in the past I always struggled to find one that understood dancing but after coming here and seeing Natalie that has all changed! With such lovely staff and highly trained physiotherapist I would highly recommend this place to everyone and especially recommend all the dancers to come and see Natalie !!

Have had the best care here for myself and my son who has been going through some injury challenges. They tailor recovery plans specifically to you, adjusting where necessary, and checking in out of hours if needed, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Excellent group of physios. I’m a carpenter and have visited for occasional work related strain. The treatment and exercise plans provided by the team and always yield good results to recover quickly. My pregnant wife also had Pilates 1:1 with Jessica until 38 weeks. She found this very helpful and empowering as Jessica has a positive, supportive and caring attitude. The program was carefully designed to strengthen core muscles throughout the pregnancy and beyond.
