Good product but poor and dishonest service. Shortly after placing an order a request was made to cancel. 14 days after that request, the credit card was charged without additional communication or the completion of their credit card authorisation form. When disputed MatPrint claimed the order was not cancelled. Three messages to have phone calls returned were ignored and emails were responded to after hours once per day avoiding a resolution.
