I'd like to say there was a service to review but I've been calling every day for weeks since they said someone would call me back. I found their lack of responsiveness to be incredibly rude at best, and downright incompetent at worst. I managed a sales teams for years before I had to retire due to disability, and I would have given 3 warnings and dismissed anyone who ignored a new prospect this often. Imagine if I'd given them the work and wanted a report!

First experience 10 yes ago ok. 2022 not so good needed a revised plan done , took 2 months . Receveived plan now needs correcting currently waiting 3 weeks if you can't handle the work load ,employ someone.as bad as the yorkepenisula council

Lack of professionalism and communication with customers, I continuously rang to find out where things were at. Michelle the Director was rude. Made contact in December 2022 by May 2023 told them their services no longer required.Would not recommend them to anyone
