We had the pleasure of dining at the Low n Slow private room, and everything was superb. The decor really sets the mood, service was impeccable and the food beyond delicious. Best steak *ever*, hands down! Would definitely return if given the chance!!

Bought the signature box. It was amazing. My mate and I kinda tour south east QLD and try American BBQ everywhere we go. We always try the platters that offer the most variety. Low n Slow is one of the best we've been to in the last few years. The service was great too. The food came quickly and the young kiwi girl Shaela working the counter was an absolute star. Lots of personality and great customer service. Will definitely come back.

No sausage in the box even it’s in the picture and included in price, No explanation as well. No water,No salt and pepper, No sauces so you need to ask for and the cutlery it’s disposable one. The meet is ok but service is bad.

Have been shopping with low n slow for nearly 2 years now - absolutely love their meat and their customer service… usually. I had one bad experience from a roast pork, it smelt off while cooking but decided to do so anyway. It then proceeded to taste terrible too - maybe off? Despite it being in date. Last week I purchased a pork and it had the exact same smell so I was not going to cook it for 4 hours for nothing. I messaged them on instagram, called and email - no response. I went into the shop and they shut me down straight away saying “pork has a gassy smell”. Very disappointed.

My partner and I came in today to pick up some smoked pulled pork and are very happy with the quality of the food. We also grabbed some food while we were there and it was absolutely delicious! To make it an even better experience, the staff were so helpful and incredibly friendly. When enquiring about the seasoning they use on their fries, they were very helpful in telling us what it is. We will be back and recommend anyone tries them!

If you are a fan of delicious barbecue food, this is the place! Don’t miss their signature plate that literally contains all you want! Although the canteen is located in the factory, absolutely worth going for a lunch. Both dine in and takeaway options are available. There is also a store full of different types of meat along with all BBQ stuff you may need. The staff were also very nice and polite. Highly recommended!

Low n Slow Meat Co.
We used low and slow for a recent birthday party. The owner (Amy?) was so helpful when I was placing the order. She helped me order the correct amount of food. The food was loved by all our guests, with many commenting on how delicious it was. It was so easy from the ordering to the serving up. Highly recommend.
