From the first time we went in to Highgrove bathrooms in Shepparton to now we can't fault the help we have received from Jordan.Nothing was a bother even when we had to swap a vanity as we didn't measure correctly.The products we purchased look fantastic in our ensuite and bathroom.Thanks Jordan for all your help.

Nothing short of exceptional service from Jess and the team at the Shepparton store. Phoned Jess Tuesday morning and asked about the vanity stone tops I tried to buy at the Wodonga store.I asked if they had the item in stock and was advised they had two. I said I was in Albury and if there was any possibility someone could take a couple of photos so we would choose the piece we liked. The response I received was “yes that’s no problem I can either email them to you or I can text them to you from the store phone, whichever is easier for you”. I said it didn’t need to be today but one day this week would be great. We received the photos by text in less than 30 minutes. I called, paid and the courier collected it and we had it Thursday morning.I’ve spoken with Jess before, again when the Wodonga store let us down. Again the same level of exceptional service was given.I think Jess has seriously set the level of standards ALL Highgrove Bathroom customers should receive no matter where they shop. Well done Jess, you certainly make shopping at your store easy.Highly recommend Jess and the Shepparton team for all your bathroom needs. Call and ask for Jess and you won’t be disappointed.

Great service from our first phone call to pick up. Very helpful as this was our first Reno they also picked up on things we had forgot, ( bath plugs ). We had an issue with a faulty product and this was dealt with straight away with a new product sent same day.Very happy to recommend, thanks for the service guys and gals.

Had never heard of this business until we started our reno one month ago. The prices were straight up better here than anywhere else, products look really good quality and the team there have bent over backwards. We are full of praise for the service we have received. We purchased all major components for our bathroom renovation from this store and were comforted by assurances that changing product as reasonably required would not be a problem. Inevitably, we did choose to change some components and Jordan (ably supported by Gemma and Troy) happily accommodated us, without penalty.We don't live full-time in the area and most previous transactions of this kind have been with city retailers. The difference that we have noticed in terms of approach, empathy, patience and cooperation compared with our city experiences is really notable. Highgrove Shepparton have impressed us as looking to build customer relationships rather than being focused on the initial transaction and nothing more.
