Powerhouse Gym

Gym is great with the latest equipment and friendly staff, even when it is peak hours you can still do a full work out. But there is an issue with parking, people keep parking in in the exit lane and it has lead to many near miss not just for myself but the other people I kmow that have tried it.Gym is a 5/5But parking is a nightmare thats why im giving it 4

A great gym! The staff actually take the responsibility of keeping the place clean! I've been to many gyms that don't maintain the cleanliness of their spaces.I love the fact that they have fridges with drinks and my muscle chef meals for sale. They also sell protein bars, cookies and powder. They also have creatine shots and pre work out available for purchase.They also have a small area available for you to sit down and eat ect with microwaves available as well.It's a well thought out gym space. They have multiple of most machines, benches, cables, etc.The only downside is the amount of parking. But there is plenty of parking futher away, you just have to walk futher.This is mostly noticeable on leg day.All in all, would definitely recommend!

Great big floor area full of plate/ pin loaded machines in every imaginable configuration and of course the usual suspects of racks/ smith/ cable and free weights.

Probably the best gym in the eastern suburbs first day I walked in when they open I was amazed by the equipment and how big the environment is the staff there are amazing they look after you plus when th wether gets hot they’ve got good air conditioning to cool you down if you get too hot in the summer time haha

Best gym in Melbourne and it's not even close. Those that are saying parking is hard... park in bunnings across the fence, there's a large gap in the fence. Hundreds of parks problem solved!

Generally a pretty class facility. Clean and has high end equipment, ownership isn’t afraid to upgrade it either the gym staff themselves are quite friendly too. For me etiquette of people training on the gym floor, people rudely taking up walk way space frequently will film with tripods even if you’re uncomfortable. People DO NOT adhere to the rules of the sauna and don’t use towels and also people get around barefoot on the gym floor frequently.

Pretty good facility because it's a new, huge variety of equipment, that targets the muscles pretty well, it's $10 casual entry, it seems to be the place to be seen training. Which I guess is good for motivation. A lot of guys seem to.take steroids, and are between the age of 18-35 yrs old, The downside could be if you don't train for long and need particular equipment U might need to wait for 4- sets on 1 piece of equipment. Not that this so far is an issue for me as there is tons of equipment. Parking is an issue as factories around have roped off their area. So finding a park at night can be hard.

Moving to this gym was the best decision I EVER made, it’s by far the best in the area!It’s CLEAN including the restrooms, well ventilated and everything is where it should be and easy to locate.The staff are friendly and welcoming along with some of the most epic equipment I have ever seen which you won’t find anywhere. It’s a one of a kind gym. If you want results this is where you will find what your looking for!
