The cakes are good, however, unfortunately like many other reviews so far, the customer service is extremely lacking. Ordered an iced coffee where they proceeded to get the order completely wrong despite clearly writing iced coffee on the cup and then they requested for an additional charge to correct the order. No apologies from the staff either.

In the Warringah Mall near Woolworths, the coffee is good,the pastries are good,some of the gelato is ok too, and I've always found the staff to be friendly.

I needed a little pick-me-up after feeling down and decided on a treat from Mrs Jones Bakery. I must say that my experience was made truly exceptional by one particular staff member, she said her name was Maddie. A helpful and friendly teenage girl who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. I was greeted with a warm smile by this delightful young lady. Her positive energy and enthusiasm were infectious, immediately I got over my doldrums and came away with a smile. She is the shining star that makes this bakery truly special.

A true European pastry made with French butter and fresh cherries. Rustic looking as it should be, yet the consistency and flavour of the pastry is beyond anything I've tried in this area. Made fresh daily, service is great and they have a huge variety including cakes, bread, sausage rolls, pies, gelato, and more. Only problem is that they sell out quickly so get in before the arvo ;)

I had my first frangipane tart here, it was AMAZING. Not too sweet. Great texture, everything just blended together seamlessly. And whenever I pass this place I notice the server is always bubbly and friendly to everyone. Highly recommend!

Had these cute looking apple tart type treat, the flavour was amazing and so well presented. The apple, hazelnut and other complex flavour worked very well together and tasted delish! A pleasant bday treat for the taste buds.
