Good one in town

Poor experience, we regret hiring Moment Hunters for our wedding in September 2019. VERY uncommunicative - my emails would go unanswered for weeks at a time, and phone skills were poor. We were never invited for a chat or a trial shoot.Photographs were average, with many amateur-like unflattering angles. We hired one photographer, yet three appeared on the day, meaning we didn't have enough supplier meals.Photographers were not able to satisfactorily 'produce' subjects and communicated very little during the event. I provided a Word document of desired photos with family members so that I wouldn't have to think about this on my wedding day, yet many of these were missed.Our wedding was on 20/09, we paid the outstanding amount on 21/09 (i.e. we had to pay in full before we got to see a single photograph...), and didn't receive our untouched photos until 21/10 - a whole four weeks later.We were asked to come to the photographer's house to pick up the USB and organised a day, yet then we received an email the morning of the appointment to be told that they were busy catching a flight. Instead we received our wedding photos via OneDrive... very unceremonious. My name (Madeleine), was incorrectly spelt as 'Med' on the wedding video. Baffling, as my name was spelled in full on every communication. However, this was later fixed. Since then, no communication about retouching photos or anything else.I guess you get what you pay for - we paid ~$1100 for 6 hours with a venue open day discount voucher. A very unsatisfying experience. If I could go back in time and go with a different photographer I would. Leaving this review so other couples don't make the same mistake for their wedding.

I agree that Moment-Hunters is a great service. They have assisted me for the wedding photo shoot and all the photos look amazing. I had so many photos that I have to post every now and then. If you are looking for great photography service for your wedding, I recommend this place with all my heart. Thanks team for your great job.

Thanh and I stumbled across these guys and they captured our day perfectly. They were so accomodating and considerate throughout the day. We felt extremely comfortable with the crew and the chemistry was amazing. We made the decision to tip these guys at the end because what they were asking for initially didn't equate to the fantastic service and work they put into our wedding day. If anyone ever books these guys, you are in safe hands!!
