Mind to Muscle Fitness
Highly recommend giving mind to muscle fitness a go. It's a safe space if your uncomfortable to attend a big gym, no judgements, just a great bunch of people at the gym and highly knowledgeable, approachable and friendly trainers. I've been working with them on back pain, and reoccurring knee injuries and they not only worked out what was wrong that others couldn't, they created a plan specific to me which has helped and prevented any further knee injuries.

Love, love,love this gym. All trainers are super supportive and cater to individual abilities and needs. They have created an environment where you work hard but also make friends. Cannot recommend it enough

Seriously the most amazing gym! All the trainers are very knowledgeable and supportive. The variety of classes cater for everyone and the people are just amazing! Best place to work out and make new friends along the way.

Mind to Muscle Fitness is the best - the coaches are all so supportive and everyone there is so nice it is making it easy for me to make going to classes part of my routine I recommend this for anyone who wants to get movement back into their life
