I moved to Chakra Hair when Joel moved from another salon to here. Tucked away in the back streets of Collaroy Heights, the salon has a real community feel about it. David & Joel create a fabulous vibe and there is always a lot of chat between them and their clients and the clients with each other. They are both great stylists, colourists, cutters, but beyond that they are great guys! Going to the salon is always fun, not to mention the complimentary glass of wine when I make my after hour appointments. The guys are now stylists for the whole family - just love this cut and colour on my 14 year old! Cannot recommend Chakra highly enough!

From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed, relaxed and well looked after. David the business owner normally does my hair but all staff is well trained. In addition to always leaving the salon feeling like I've had the best haircut of my life, David is very good at understanding what I want, even when I can't articulate what I am looking for. David is precise every step of the way: from the clean cut to the voluminous blowouts. He is truly great at what he does! In addition, the salon itself is very modern, clean and inviting. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. This salon is definitely a gem!
