I had an absolutely great experience dealing with the CCMG. I believe the team is very honest and upfront. Todd and Phillip both have friendly attitude. I had done my market research and I found this showroom to be the cheapest on the coast with good choice of cars.

WARNING - Don't take your Nissan for a service with Central Coast Motor Group Wyong - They want to replace parts that are in perfect working order and they don't return calls. My air filter was filthy dirty after they supposedly serviced my car... no way that could have checked it all. They wanted to replace a battery under warranty in perfect working order. The battery was tested after the service on the same day by professionals. DON'T touch them with a 10 foot pole. Terrible and dishonest.

Came in for a 50k service and left with a rattle. Tried to take the car back a few days later to have the rattle fixed to be told there was no rattle and I was imaging it.After 2 weeks of driving around took the car back and told them don't return it until it's fixed as it had then progressed to sounding like a jar of marbles. Almost 2 months the car was in the shop being looked at to finally be told it was because the screws were loose in the undercarriage and told me it was because of the cars age. Finally got my car back with no fuel after leaving it with a full tank and no coolant. Really have not been happy with their service.

Best dealer service division I have ever dealt with in customer service. My Mazda 6 is always treated well & so am I. Customer service are detailed in getting all servicing, warranty & repairs done the way you ask for & if the car is dirty they wash it for you. The media room with coffee machine, has great coffee!! looks through the glassed in area to the workshop so you can sometimes see your vehicle being worked on. Courtesy bus takes you to Westfield shopping or to work or home if you live locally & picks you up again in the afternoon to return you to the service division. Well done CCMG & Thank You.
