Great service as usual from 99 Bikes South Melbourne, this time it was Matthieu but all the mechanics (and other staff) are good too.I went in because one of the links in my bike chain was wonky and looked like it was about to break. Matthieu took a quick look, replaced the dodgy link with a new link, and had me back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Excellent!

99 Bikes STH Melbourne! Amazingly helpful advice and friendly service. I came in with an issue with my Quad Lock. Sam was incredibly determined to find a solution. He took me to Alistair (the nicest mechanic ever) who went to work on my Quad Lock with a pair of pliers and FIXED it. They both smiled and said ‘have a nice day’. Well…you will have a nice day - guaranteed - when you visit the talented team at 99 Bikes STH Melbourne! 6 star service - with a smile. Thanks Sam and Alistair you made my day!

Thanks Ethan for such a wonderful first experience purchasing from 99bikes.My 5yo and I came in to buy his first ‘big boy bike’ and we had Ethan help us. Shout out to Shaun at the workshop, super professional and honest with recommendations. Brought my bike in due to some shifting issues that I couldn't troubleshoot at home. Shaun determined it was a bent derailleur hanger and manage to fix it in the workshop, now the bike is shifting perfectly and I can sleep in peace!

Fantastic dealing with this crew! Had an issue with the initial purchase of a e-bike online, and the South Melbourne team were just awesome! From the delivery driver who was so helpful once we assessed there was an issue initially; through to Noel who worked his butt off to find a reasonable alternative; to Jono who managed to set up the bike to the meet the usability I wanted, and even hand delivered on his way home from work! Nothing was too much, and at all times they were incredibly customer focused, and made me feel like getting the best bike for me was key. Highly recommend, and will use again!
