hired this company for my sons birthday. jumping castle was decent but body odor of staff was pungent. i had to try to explain the smell to my 5 year old son and his friends

Swan Valley Castle Hire
We hired one of the combo castles on Sunday 11 April, and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. It happened to be very wet, as a result of two cyclones off the coast, but we were lucky to be able to go ahead. The kids loved the “water” slide and the party went well.Thank you to the staff for braving the rain to set up!We definitely recommend Swan Valley Castle Hire, friendly, professional and well priced.

The frozen jumpy castle made my daughter’s day on her birthday.The driver arrived to drop of on time and also collected on time.I was abit worried as I didn’t receive a confirmation message the day before as I was told I would. I made contact and was told it was all good, then received a message later that night from the driver to confirm and he apologised for not messaging sooner as he had a very busy day.Overall had a great experience and would definitely use swan valley castle hire again.

Highly recommend swan valley castle hire. Communication was very good, and they arrived with plenty of time before the party. I was very impressed by the quality of the bouncy castle. The kids all had a great time, We will definitely be using there guys for all of our future kids parties!

Hired the Cars bouncy castle & kids table/chairs for my Son's 3rd birthday. Both were a huge hit, castle was much bigger than we were expecting, even the older kids enjoyed it! Great customer service, prompt delivery time & great prices! Will definitely be booking again in the future!! :)
