My sister and I dropped off donations, we both brought bags of items separately. In Heatherton we were given a voucher each no questions asked but the rude gentlemen told us “that’s not how it works” and proceeded to give us each EXPIRED vouchers. When we tried to used said vouchers, cashier acted like it was our fault we were given old vouchers. Honestly after reading all these reviews I will not be donating OR shopping at Savers anymore. Work on your customer service skills please!

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.!there are two op-shops down the road and the prices are more then half the price of this place,better yet skip savers and go to Kmart and pay an extra dollar or two for brand new never worn clothes.!

If you go all the time you can nab the goodies as they land, otherwise good luck! The best stuff gets snapped up quick smart. Learn to shop fast: colour, pattern, texture, cut.

Op Shop on steroids. Very large, well organised and not too overpriced store. Organised by clothing type then set up in sizes, and so much to choose from that it seemed easy to pick up some real bargains.

I love Savers Carrum Downs but a bit stressed about their records. All the records are $2.99 so why the need to put big stickers inside the covers. I bought 80 records today, and now have the hard task of trying to get stickers off which takes some off the cover as well. Sixty percent of the covers were torn where staff had yanked then open to put sticker in. Also they are hard to scan. Why not just put a sign up saying records $2.99 each. Other than that, great shop

Went this week and soooo much of the clothing is damaged, has holes, stains etc. and the prices they are still trying to sell it for are disgusting. I understand it's a business not a charity, but go to Vinnies if you want clothing you can wear that doesn't make you look like you were mauled by a dog.For some reason the sizing has changed, size 12 is medium. Size 14-20 is large. So if you're looking for a 14 in the large section you have to look through a lot of different sizes. Doesn't make any sense.

It’s a great place to find unique things for your party events. I would say the quality in some things are not there and the random pricing for helium in a ballon was odd but other than that it’s definitely a place to get your party on.
