Had to wait a while for my order. Which I didn't mind doing, it was the fact that my lamb was very chewy and the wrap had a really strong tasting sauce that I would only give 3 stars. They are a chicken Shop so I suppose I should have got chicken instead, being their speciality. Chips are very nice though and crunchy.

They sell at least two to three days old chicken.Had to waste the chicken. And it happened for the third time. Not going there again.

Went to go in but was getting my Key card next minute the lady's was standing right at the door smoking yes smoking and I watched them seeing if they washed there hands before serving another customer nope..and with COVID c'mon hunny.

I got a chicken snack pack and pulled out bones from my mouth while eating my food. Chips were dry and barely any salt, definitely did not taste fresh.

Pathetic service, long wait times, the chicken is never readily available, always have to wait, and when you get it, its always under cooked / raw on the inside and burnt from outside

If your not going to cook fresh chicken or have yesterday at least say so the chicken was that dry and cold didn't eat much of it lucky the chip are made when ordered this is my second not so great experience at this shop so promptly give it miss from now on

Didn’t give us the right order and was rude when trying to explain what happened, went in store and they still wouldn’t listen to us and tried to not give us the right money, chips were dry, black and yuck
