(Paid $160) Had my grandfathers ranger in for the mini deluxe package today. Had to come home and wash all the soap and suds from the inside (and outside) of the car, dirt and webs still in the car, car all sticky, streaks all over the outside of the car, and dirt patches of missed spots everywhere on the outside. Don’t know wether it’s because I’m female or because I believe the new guy was working on it. would add pictures of the work not done but unsure how to currently. Also knocked off my reversing camera. Noticed the inside was sticky when first got the car back but was in a rush home. My passenger pointed out the soup bubbles still in the car on the drive back

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately when I went to have my car washed the first time I was dismissed but advised to book online - which I did. A very pleasant, affordable and high quality experience, they even let me add extra services on last minute. I will definitely return and will be telling all my friends/family about this

Had my car cleaned with this group for a second time. This was my second visit. Paid $59 for an express detail where the console was blown out. This dirt that is clearly visible was easily moved with my hand. Had the centre console been blown out, it would have moved. There were smudge marks visible on the back window and the rear passenger side window.Upon calling and trying to resolve the issues, I was met with rudeness and arrogance. It was simply stated this was an appropriate level of clean to what was paid for. I definitely disagree the standard of work met the advertised guidelines. When I tried to discuss this with them over a phone call, there was no compromise about how as a consumer, the standard of work didn’t meet the expectations.Poor customer service. Rudeness. Poor quality of work.Will not be returning to this business with either of my vehicles that I get cleaned on a fortnightly basis.Email contained within response is not the rudeness I was speaking of. That was experienced over a phone call.

The guys at Clean Me Car Wash are great! Very professional. Left our car looking amazing after it had been too dirty for too long! Highly recommend, we will be back for sure!

They didn't even vacume my car car and missed a whole lot, I had to come back and asked for them to go over it all again and they still didn't even give it a proper clean , not worth the money that you pay for the interior detailing.

It’s such a shame I’m writing this review. I’ve used this service many times, and nearly always have been very happy with the wash.The attendant who attempted to serve me today was extremely rude and abrupt. Wasn’t interested in me providing some feedback on the online booking experience (“nothing wrong at our end must be you or your computer”).Customer service means serving the customer, not belittling them. After 5 months of rain you’d think they’d be happy to see cars in for a wash (I had a $160 detail booked, and regularly spend $150-$200 here until today).I think my money will be better spent elsewhere.For those reading, I think yours will be too.

Hubby took car to them and had a Mini Detail for $115 + Shampooing of seats - total paid (before they even touched the car) was $205.00Once we got the car home it was evident that the vacuuming was a rushed job and needed to be done again. Interior of car was very wet and the airbag light was on. Marks on the roof lining hadn’t been touched, rough wipe over of interior was evident. Lots of sand still remained inside the car in seats and carpets. Took car back and they revacuumed and admitted that their head lamps didn’t give them sufficient light to see what they have missed. They actually left lots of green fluff fibres from their cleaning cloths on parts of the car.As we are putting the car up for sale we decided to clean it again ourselves and do a proper job.Sorry guys you have lost our business and can not recommend you to anyone who is looking for a good job.

I have a mini detail 2-3 times a year. Job is always well done. Car looks, feels, and smells fresh. And there's always a little treat. Today's was a teensy weansy pack of tic tacs. Just big enough to hold six tic tacs.

Worst car cleaning I have ever paid for. Came home and finished it myself. Rip off and won’t be returning. Find someone else to give your money to. Someone who cleans properly and takes pride in their work.Edit. I can assure you I am a real person and not a scam as suggested. I wish I had read these reviews before handing over my money today. You are very defensive towards complaints. Perhaps if your service was adequate you wouldn’t have them. As mentioned in other complaints it is very dark in the area making it difficult to accurately assess the quality of the work. When someone receives a text to say the vehicle is ready, they expect it will be ready and they are usually ready to leave the shopping centre. Not have to inspect the work and if wanting rectification having to wait around further. I’m sure you’ll have a rude reply to this as well as previously. Commencing a response to a complaint with “well” sets a very rude tone. So glad I’ve found out how poor this company is so I can inform others.
