I have been getting my eyebrows done here for 13 years.Staff are always super friendly they beat everyone's prices and they are amazing at what they do! Well worth the 2hrs it takes me to get there on public transport now that I have moved

The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable but unfortunately, they completely ruined my hair. Asked for an ash brown balayage/ ombre. It turned out very orange yellow with streaks and patches of my natural hair colour. There was no blending with my natural hair at all - there were defined lines. It was terrible! I will never get my hair coloured here again. Had to go to another salon to get this fixed. Very disappointed.

I once thought this salon was lovely, until they dyed my hair very poorly and when I spoke up (as I have been dying my hair for years myself and know all about it) and said for the amount I paid, my hair being three very different colours (orange,brown,purple when all i wanted was brown) was very disappointing and I would like it fixed, I was yelled at and unable to finish my sentences, told it was my fault" and then hung up on.
