National Capital Kia

I purchased a car from National Capital Kia approximately 2 years ago. Unfortunately through no fault of their own this car had some minor faults that required attention. The management and staff at NCM couldnt have been more helpful throughout the entire warranty process. They listened to my concerns, were attentive and continued to support me until I was entirely happy with the outcome. This turned an unfortunate situation into an extremely positive experience as I witnessed first hand just how much the team at NCM care about their customers. Thank you so much to everyone at NCM, I will definately purchase from this company again in the future.

Although I eventually didn’t go with the car from KIA, the overall experience for our test drive was the best among all test drives we did. Dan and Stefanie looked after us and I definitely recommend their service. Very welcoming, informative and going over and beyond really with the customer care.

If I didn't have capped price servicing I wouldn't go here. Desk staff are less than enthusiastic and don't seem to worry about customer satisfaction. This would be fine if the expectations were not for the premium service expected from a dealershi.

Amazing experience, Shane was a legend writing everything down and showing us everything very clear, really helped us out on every step. Stefhanie from finance was outstanding as always, knew her from previous finance applications and she always manage to improve the experience providing more than just the usual.

Highly recommend.Exceptional customer service from Lachlan, they helped me out when my Rio needed a repair whilst on a road trip. Unfortunately the part took a few weeks to order in but I was kept up to date at every step and they were very helpful as I needed to pick the car up from interstate.I was provided with all photos of damage and repaired parts, highly professional.Wouldn't take my car anywhere else if I lived in the area.
