I recently purchased a new tallboy from Snooze Mornington and this experience was vastly different from other major furniture stores who prioritised sales over customer experience. James, the manager and his team provided the best possible experience and made the process of selecting and purchasing furniture so enjoyable and fun. It’s evident that he takes real pride in the furniture and is confident of the quality.The whole Snooze Mornington team were educated on all products and were so helpful in answering my questions of the build and material. The atmosphere was so friendly and attentive and James along with his team are very customer-oriented and passionate about enhancing customers experience to ensure we get exactly what we’re looking for. And as like the customer service, the delivery process was effortlessly easy to manage. The wait time is relatively short compared to other retailers, and the delivery of the product was taken with such delicacy and care as if it was their own furniture.The product itself is absolutely superb and definitely justifies the price unlike other furniture stores that have awful quality. My product - the Henley Talboy - is by far the best, sturdiess, and attractive piece of furniture I own. The ways the draws open are luxurious; so soft and quiet. And the size of the draws are SO spacious, I can fit most of my clothes in there. The wood itself feels very elegant and well maintained. There is not one scratch or fault on my tallboy. It operates beautifully, and the product and customer service provided by James and Snooze Mornington is by far the best service I’ve ever received and I know the Henley Tallboy is truly a forever piece which is so rare in the era of commonality and frequency of disposing furniture.Thank you so much again for such a great experience and item Xxx.

We purchased our new mattress a month ago from Snooze, we weren’t sleeping well and we’re after something quickly.The staff were so friendly, James made it easy for us, we did the computer test and showed us several options based on our results.Not only was what we wanted in stock, we got a great deal and was delivered the same day.Our new Tempur mattress is exactly what we needed for a great sleep.Amazing!! Great service, we will be recommending Snooze to everyone.

My wife and I had been searching for a new queen-size bed and hadn't been able to settle on anything suitable. And looking at other bed stores and going through the same routine time and time again left me feeling decidedly bored with the whole process. That was until we met Georgia from Snooze in Mornington. Georgia's service to us was excellent from the get-go. She was kind, patient, listened intently and asked valuable and pertinent questions before she directed us to some suggested options. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed. Georgia's expert knowledge and suggestions for consideration meant that we were able to make a valued decision on the right bed for us. And just like that - we now have the most comfortable and supportive bed. Thanks Georgia - you made a brilliant difference!

After attending many stores for mattresses, we came across Snooze where we were greeted by a sales assistant Georgia. Georgia walked us through the sleep profiler and showed us a few relevant options and explained the benefits of each. She was so patient with our indecisiveness and her knowledge of the products was exceptional and beyond helpful. I’m so thankful she spent the time to ensure we got the right mattress! Highly recommend.

I went this afternoon to purchase, a new mattress and base from Snooze at Mornington.I was assisted by Georgia, who I had already spoken to on the phone.Georgia was not only extremely knowledgeable, but she was patient and at no time did she pressure me, into making a purchase.After careful consideration, I did place an order and felt confident I had made the right decision.I would highly recommend Georgia and the team at Snooze Mornington.

I attended the store just prior to Christmas. I purchased over $10k worth of product from the store and happily waited for a phone call when it was all ready.Phone call never came, so I followed it up a couple of times. I got a phone call back and everything was ready for delivery. The delivery guys came and I paid him $415 cash on arrival. This was to cover the cost of setup and delivery.They came with the wrong bolts for the bunk bed, so they were not able to set that up. The delivery driver cut through the material that joins the slats, so the other bed was t able to be set up. They were to return in the coming week to finish the job.On the way out, the delivery driver took out the entire corner of my brand new decking causing extensive damage.Someone returned 7 days later and finished putting the bunk together and the slats on the mother bed. The driver gave me $50 cash and said sorry about the deck.I’ve rang snooze and had numerous conversations with the manager, but they think it’s fair that I pay for the service because it was delivered and out together at some stage. The blame game began and they didn’t want to take responsibility for anything and passed the buck onto their delivery company.You would think that after all of these things combined, snooze would be happy to cover the cost of the delivery and setup!! But no I’m left with $50 and about $500 in repairs for my decking.I won’t be returning for anything at this store!

Their level of customer service was exceptional, and we were impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Their recommendations were spot-on, and we are now the proud owner of a new mattress and bed frame (in 8 to weeks)Overall, I highly recommend Snooze Mornington for anyone looking for high-quality beds and mattresses.
