The lady pharmacist who I can only define as “unbothered” was the most unfriendly, unhelpful, severe attitude, god like complex is the WORST person that I have ever dealt with. Don’t waste your time going here and go to the chemist upstairs facing Cole’s!!

I walked in today to get some multivitamins fir my sister. I asked the staff for help and showed her the pic of multivitamins. While I was halfway in conversation with this staff lady a friend of her appeared and she walked away to help her friend (other customer) and didn’t return.After waiting another 10 mins, I asked the other staff lady and she shrugged her shoulder.Lots of attitude and unwilling to help.I just walked out frustratedI’d rather spend my $$ somewhere else

I purchased a glucose accu check monitor here, the girl who assisted me seems very unbothered. I asked her to provide me with the test strips too. Purchased both items. Went home and realized she gave me the wrong test strips for the machine I had. Incompetent staff.There is also a young femaleAsian pharmacist who does vaccinations who was so unfriendly/grumpy. I paid for a vaccination here and got bad service and WILL NEVER come here again !

I couldn’t understand all the 5 star ratings recently….All done a month ago ….. then if you look at the people that wrote the reviews they also did similar reviews for Priceline at Campbelltown…. Nowhere near Marrickville? Obviously the same owner … sad they feel they need to create fake reviews rather than fix the issues. Shop staff are lovely … what there are of them …but they are so understaffed there is no service anymore. Very sad as used to love shopping here

Always go to this Priceline because one of the ladies there, I think her name is Sarah, is so amazing and helpful. She seems to have a solution to any beauty or health questions and is always super friendly and kind.
