My husband & I were incredibly fortunate to engage Jakub Szopka from DnC Studio to draw up our plans for our dual occupancy build. From the very outset, we found Jakub to be a very honest and personable person. We were extremely impressed by his conceptual design knowledge, transparency and responsiveness when answering our calls and emails throughout the entire process. This is the first time we have undertaken a dual occupancy project so Jakub’s guidance and advice was invaluable and very reassuring. Jakub’s meticulous attention to detail was incredible and we always said that he attended to our project as if it was his own. At no time did we feel intimidated when discussing any of the changes we wished to make. It is for the above reasons why we have no hesitation in recommending Jakub to anyone in the future.
