Pizza Hut Revesby

If I could leave zero stars I would.Ordered a pizza online, got the wrong thing. Called to ask for a replacement or a refund and instead was told “you will pay one way or another, it’s called karma just watch”. ?!! Um… what kind of customer service is this? Atrocious behaviour.

My experiences with this store have been very hit-and-miss. I always pick up because you can’t trust the delivery times.Sometimes when it says my order is ready for pick up I go in and it’s still not ready. Sometimes they've told me that they made the wrong pizza and I’ll have to wait for them to make another one. Sometimes I walk in and nobody comes to the front counter for ages.It’s a shame the service is like this because I’ve never had a problem with the pizzas, I think they’re fine.They just need to improve customer service.

Look, the pizza is good, the service is good, its the size of the pizza that gets me, what you call a Large, Come on, its a medium at other restaurants

Double charged me then told me they would refund the money I called 2 weeks later and they made me jump through hoops and still no refund. revesby pizza hut are run by thieves

Consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and styles. Extremely tasty and scrumptious. You’d want to visit this place again and again. The staff here is very friendly!!! Good on you Revesby Pizza Hut.

Have yous noticed 99% of your ratings are 1 star. There's a good reason for that. You guys shouldn't be making pizza. The worst pizzas in Sydney are made here. I wouldn't eat this pizza again if they payed me. Don't spend your money here, you will regret it.

This is the 3rd time that they have ignored the notes and also GOT THEIR OWN MENU WRONG, putting pineapple (of all things) on a pizza whose description on their own website doesn’t come with pineapple. My partner is allergic and there is never an apology, and their excuse is that the Hot n Spicy Pizza USED to come with it; but it was officially removed across every Pizza Hut ages ago.Tonight after trying to phone about 8 times before getting through and being stuck on hold and being disconnected all the time, we had to get them to remake the pizza without the pineapple. We also said they needed to include the olives and anchovies that we paid extra for as additional toppings (because they didn’t have it on the pineapple one). Their response was to put waaaay more anchovies on it than any human being could possibly eat. It ruined the entire pizza, it was so salty and fishy; my partner LOVES anchovies and even he couldn’t eat it with that much on there.We called again to ask if they were punishing us for pointing out their errors on the first pizza, and the Owner said of course not, he made it personally and he put on the normal amount. Which is not true, they are normally so stingey with extras like anchovies even when paying $3.50 extra. And there were like 3 olive slices which we’d paid $3 extra for.I asked for a refund and he claims that even with the extras worth $6.50c that the pizza was only worth $13 so that’s all they’d refund. Even though we paid over $50 for 3 pizzas and my partner had his evening ruined.And no apology for their errors, or failing to give decent customer service. I asked them to confirm by email that they’ve refunded (the same way they send confirmation when you pay for your order) and he refused!!! saying he’d been there 15 years, why should he email me. So who knows if we’ll get the refund.Just don’t bother going there, their care factor is zero, and never admit their mistakes.

They offered $10 credit (that we were told to call the restaurant to use) for next purchase which is useless because we will never purchase anything from there again. I knew Pizza Hut was bad but this exceeded my expectations. Aside from the toppings being shoved to the side, the pizza was soggy and tasted like it had already been eaten and ejected. Congratulations, for being worse than I ever imagined.
