Great medical centre from the receptionists to,Dr Lawrence right to the pathology .How lucky are we in the Valley. Thank you so much The Medical Centre might not be a flash building like some but care of its patients is order of the day

Good practice, fantastic doctor. Unfortunately due to an admin error I was left waiting for an hour and 20 minutes as I had been marked as a no show". Doctor apologised for this even though it wasn't her fault."

Being a Medical Receptionist myself I found the DVMC staff to be very friendly and helpful. Whilst sitting in the waiting room the approach of the staff to incoming patients was professional and caring. I would like to say thank you to Dr Green for bring a very positive and friendly person who I look forward to helping me with my health. Thank you.

This place is ridiculous been trying to call them the last to days to get an appointment was left of the phone for over 20 then finally was answered even then could only hear the construction and no one was speaking to me ridiculous need new staff asap!

Utterly awful. No proper medical care or support. ie: I've just had major cancer surgery and was worried I had an infection. I was told there was an appointment in 45 mins (normally you have to wait 9-12 weeks). I am not allowed to drive for a month, my friend who is looking after me is unfamiliar with the road and I live 50 minutes drive away. We were told the doctor would not wait. Unbelievable! That is just one of many instances in the failure of duty of care that I have experienced.

The receptionist staff are unnecessarily rude and aggressive. I arrived 5 minutes late and she falsely claimed that I’m more than half an hour late. They ridiculously told lies while they were looking into my eyes. One of them ended the call impolitely claiming that I gave her no chance to talk. They are really ridiculous and I travelled more than 40 ks for a medical appointment and they didn’t care. They are really the type of abusive people who made me feel disappointed

I needed treatment for a nasty injury and they made time for me immediately, despite not being on their books. The nurses were friendly, funny and caring and the doctor was great. AAA+++ from me. Couldn't be happier.

Cannot recommend Dr Gemma highly enough. She's prompt, knowledgeable and sensitive. The reception and admin staff at this surgery are always super helpful, too.
