My experience was pretty bad. I was the only one there and it felt like I was interrupting a family reunion. The staff kept on laughing and talking to each other and often left me alone making my service way longer than what it should’ve been. My 3 of my nails broke off within a week and the 4th one shortly after. SNS nails should not be this fragile and some of my nails broke off in tiny little pieces the very next day maybe because they use cheap and bad quality products. I went back to get it fixed and all she did was to buff it and put a top coat on.I do not recommend this place and I’m never coming back.Edit: I got my nails done on 28th of October and posted the review late. So maybe check for this date and you’ll find me and if you still don’t I can send you pictures of my visit.Thanks

I had and done here, was super rushed. Had a girl who was qualified on one hand and then a trainee on the other hand. Nails chipped the next morning so I went back, they then used the wrong colour so my hands were mixed colours.Would not recommend

They have plenty of colors and use different techniques, also open on sunday, which it is a plus.Although they are not very friendly, they are super fast and respectful. I have used sns and shellac techniques on my hands and toes, the first ones last longer time.I put 4 instead of 5 stars because they can improve the cleaning in all the place in and especially in the tools and furniture.

Really great service, the lady was very gentle on my nails, the foot spa was really good and the store was really clean. The manicure and pedicure was only $50. Will definitely be back!

why had one star for this awesome nail salon!I can’t even believe that guy was so mean。I saw the store had a low rating, so at first I was hesitant. But before I came to the store，I called and booked for two，the reception girl was so friendly and very patient to answer my confusion.When we entered the store, every staff member was very enthusiastic. The beauty who did my manicure was very careful and would not ask any private questions. Moreover, when I did not know which color to choose, she patiently tried the color on me and liked the result very much!Also my friend who with me also said why this store get this low score. She was really like the nail art what she did. Also the price was not expensive,for the environment of the store,the attitude of the beautiful staff and the skills of the staffs, they worth 5 stars.Hoping this store can be better.

First of all, the skills are pretty bad. Poor staff and extremely unreasonable charges! It is the first nail salon in Melbourne that does such a poor job and charges such a high price.Secondly, the owner of the store is extremely rude, and she was reluctant to admit that she has done something bad.I won't come again in the future, and I will warn all my friends around me not to come!

I have been to this lovely nail and beauty salon on the opening day. It’s about two weeks ago, I have done the manicure and nail designs there. The staffs are really professional on making this, so the nails are all keeping very well now! The price is affordable for students as well.
