Very unprofessional. I had an appointment for my father and they called 20 minutes before the appointment to cancel it. I had taken the whole day off for it from work. And then moved it to two days later to a different location as if I can have another day off work. They didn't even bother calling about this. I had to chase them and cancel the next appointment. Go somewhere else where they actually don't waste your time
