Kept us updated along the process and made sure everything went through smooth with no headaches.They now manage our rental and attend to all our questions and assure us with their knowledge. I will forever be greatfull for Sezer and his team and will recommend them with a blink of an eye.. Trust is very important and with this team I have no doubt in trusting them.. We contacted Didem Polat to ask for inspection availability for one of the apartments located in Strathfield.She has informed us that she would confirm the availability before we go. On the day, we attempted to call and text her multiple times, she wouldn't reply to our messages or phone calls.Very rude customer service.If the apartment is not available for sale anymore, you should have the decency to confirm with potential buyers - even with just a simple text.Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Very unprofessional, poor communication skills, poor customer service.They illegally rented a house out knowing the house is not in a liveable state or condition, leakages, mould and clogged toilet, pipes broken, horrible smell coming from broken pipes and clogged toilet
