Ares MMA
Ares MMA is a great gym for kids and adults. Our kids loved the kids classes on Mon, Wed and Friday and they enjoy what they get taught. One of the good gyms that teaches about not only self defense but also the kids to be away of “stranger danger”. I would highly recommend to bring your kids and even yourself to the gym and try it out. The trainer Jamie has extensive experience with both BJJ and Thai box.

Fantastic! My 5 year old has been going here for a year now. The classes are fun, fast-paced and run by great coaches who know their stuff and care about the kids. The coaches also have the kids learn parents' phone numbers and what to do with bullying and other life events. My son has already benefited from the training when he slipped on a wet floor at daycare and fell as he's been taught - preventing cracking his head and walking away uninjured. Highly recommended!!

What an awesome place. Coming from another BJJ club in Adelaide I didn’t know how I would go but they are a great friendly team and I felt welcome straight away! The level of skill, knowledge and number of higher belts also really impressed. Thankyou Ares MMA will be back for more

I would highly recommend Ares MMA. They were great with our two boys who learnt so much. Unfortunately we moved a little bit further away and could no longer attend. Great for kids.

My daughter have been in this club for nearly two years. she really like this team and the coach Jamie. she just upgrade higher class and very happy to train in this team, she even look forward to training every day. In addition, her sister is also in a small class. Although she is not as intense as sister training, but she still likes it very much and enjoys the class.

Great facilities but poorly run with very limited actual hands on wrestling time in the children's class compared to other gyms. Would recommend if your kids are young and your concern is for fitness. If it is jiujitsu skills you are after then I would be looking elsewhere.

I was just passing through from interstate and wanted to get some training in one time. The owner didn't even charge me a casual fee. Super friendly and knowledgeable, seems like the gym has a great culture.

My daughters going there mon ,wed,fri ,one of my daughter was very shy and always to her self,since she start going there ,she is doing pretty good ,coach Jamie is a great teacher,I actually wana say thanks to all the coaches who help my daughter to bring her confidence up.thanks once again
