Woodside Beach Hotel
Motorcycle ride on a sunny winter Sunday. Woodside Beach hotel is a great place to stop for lunch. The venison and wild mushroom ragout, and the lamb pie with roasted vegetables were superb. Fine dining in a country pub.

We had the Venison Schnitzel and the Chicken Parmi. At first glance the menu seemed a little over priced but once those meals came out - WOW! Incredible food, well presented and well thought out flavour combinations. Best pub meal we have had for so long.

I've been to the pub a couple of times and the staff are lovely despite their busy shifts. Found the chicken schnitzel somewhat tasteless but the chips and salad were delicious and the meal sizes are large. I loved the fish tacos! The only thing deterring me from trying everything else on the menu is the high pricing. They do a great job of promoting themselves authentically and plenty of hard work has been put into bringing the pub back to life, I'm impressed by their dedication and friendliness.

Let me just say the renovation are fantastic!Having attended Lord Botham I did get to experience the woeful acoustics of the Hotel. It would have to be the loudest pub I've been in.Being packed into a private function with no room to move and poor acoustics really dampened what should have been a great night!On the bright side, staff were friendly and the meals were good.Would love to visit again when it's not so noisy!!

Dropped in on a Sunday night for dinner. Pretty busy, so thought we would have to wait a while for food, but meals to our table were super quick!Really friendly and helpful staff.Great customer service.Huge meals.Affordable.Tasty!

Clean clean clean. New interior but still free of scrappy food waste.Meals were very good.Drinks were cold...Staff were great.The atmosphere was just right.I would come back..

If I could give 10 stars I would. We've had a lot of pub meals over the years but this would have to be by far the best. The Gippsland steak that we ordered was cooked to perfection and was delicious and the other meals ordered looked superb. Beautiful pub and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. It was worth the 2 hour drive to go there. Keep doing what you're doing Woodside Beach Hotel ✨️

Amazing food, very clean and lovely staff.We took advantage of the shuttle bus, we were a big group and the staff didn't mind doing 2 trips to the caravan park to pick us up & drop us back.Will definitely be back!
