Outstanding service at Q West. By far the best experience I've had. Their professionalism from start to finish was phenomenal. Couldn't recommend a better place in Sydney than these guys. Being a car enthusiast I was weary of who to trust. They were recommended to me by close friends and they sure did not fail to impress. All credit to the fantastic job they did on my car which came back to me better than when it left the showroom. Go there!

I would highly recommend Q-West for car body repairs. Not only did the team repair my bumper but also took care of the small dings elsewhere. The car, when I picked up, was much much cleaner than when I brought it to the workshop - thank you. The bumper was fixed in just one day which meant I wasn’t without the car for long as I need it to commute to work. Very impressed with their service. A special shout out to Shady and Paul for being so amazing.Also a big thanks to Shady for helping look into and so quickly fix the rear light too - much appreciated, you saved us the extra cost of replacing the light which we are really thankful to you for especially at a time when everyone is feeling the crunch from rising cost of living.

Repairs need to be more trained as they have painted few parts of body and droplets of the paint are visible on unwanted parts. They have opened car doors and scratched the screws this shows repairers are not trained they all are freshyys

If you like wasting time like I don’t, this is the repairer for you!My partners Hyundai Santa Fe was sent to this repairer through MotorServe (Castle Hill) following an accident in February 2022. After two months, not only did we get the car back with scratched parts and panels, but damaged and broken parts as well. Despite our wishes, the vehicle was sent back to them on two seperate occasions so parts could actually be replaced and/or repaired - the finish is still below par some 14months later.This company is clearly lacking any sort of quality control when it comes to workmanship as the MotorServe assessor’s were embarrassed when I pointed out the obvious areas of concern upon pickup.We are now looking at taking the car elsewhere to have their half arsed repairs done properly.**In response, all damages were witnessed and agreed upon by all assessor’s prior to works being carried out. ALL damages in question were either a result of the accident or the repairer itself.If I wanted 120grit wizzer marks under the paint, imperfections in the paint, debris in the clear, a non-repaired bumper, parts urethaned and superglued together, as well as marring and buff burns on freshly painted/existing panels, I would’ve done it myself. The difference here is that you’re suppose to be a qualified repairer.

Shady and his team deliver exceptional service each and every time .The communication was great and service is very reliable. Each time we collected the cars it's attention to detail has been impeccable.

My car was damaged at the back in an accident. It was booked in for two weeks and I got it back within a week. It was fixed like a new car but back sensor did not work.I went forward and backward between insurance and Q west. Paul is very helpful. He contacted insurance and fixed my car. I recently had the misfortune of having had a skateboarder skate downhill into my car. I went to a repairer who advised that I should get a new rear door as the car was new and he quoted about $3 800 to do the job. My insurer however insisted that I go to their approved repairers. A long time association years ago with Shady Dandan when he was at Asquith brought me to Q- West Collision Centre yesterday. He inspected my car, argued against a new door and insisted that his “ Dent Removal Specialist “ look at the car to see if he could repair the damage and avoid panel beating and spray painting. When I called in the afternoon to find out what was happening he told me that my car was being washed and was totally repaired. This is unbelievable considering I didn’t even know he was attending to the repair, so convenient for me as I am not without a car which I would have been. I have told my friends where to find him and guess what…… they will follow him to Castle Hill. Thanks for such incredible service, something very rare to find. Oh, and today I told the insurer that he has also saved them money. A win win situation. I fully recommend this company, they deserve your business.

Very impressed with the service from Q-West. They made a stressful situation much less stressful by working to get my car back to me as soon as possible. When I did receive my car, it was in excellent condition and looked like it was never in an accident. Highly recommend Mohammed and the Q-West team.
