Morisset Serviced Apartments

Excellent.. Clean & well maintained. Parking & access was a breeze. Very spacious & well equipped kitchen. Good value for money.

The room was good, but the customer service is non-existent. They have an after hours number that does NOT get answered. I don't know why they even have one. I called 20 times in a row, but there was no answer.I was locked out of the building and my room at 2 am, due to my access code not working. The after-hours number rang me back at 7.45am, a lot of good that return call was. The after hours person went on to tell me it was my fault the code didn't work, plus all their personal issues as an excuse for not answering the phone at 2.00 am.While I accept that the staff member is having personal issues, I still need access to a room I have paid for. The staff member should have given the night phone to someone else.

Had a great overnight stay here, nice and new, clean. Basic facilities in the heart of Morriset.

Can't thank Rennae from Morisset Apartments enough for making sure my whole family was really looked at a really difficult time. Not only are the Morisset Appartments so close to shops, resturants etc. The Appartments are AMAZING, beautiful and clean, well decorated and make you feel at home.Rennae was extremely helpful and accommodating she made contact the whole time to ensure we knew what was happening, and was there to answer any questions.I would stay here again anytime and recommend the Morisset Appartments to everyone.

The apartment is very well presented and the security access is easy to use. It is close to all amenities. The mobile checking in and out process was amazing.

Very neat and spacious accommodation. Just the bedrooms dont have own cooling facilities other than the central A/C at lounge but the lady was helpful and quickly responsive to organise fans.

Honeyrose cigarettes, pink moscato, sunrise and a beautiful view of the Wattagans!
