Planit Kitchens - Central Coast

Planit Kitchens installed our original kitchen 29 years ago so it seemed natural to go back and see what new ideas they could come up with for a totally new design. Melissa Logan did an exceptional job and our new kitchen (which is still on paper at this stage) is going to be amazing. Melissa has made the design phase very easy so far and we look forward to having our dream kitchen installed in the near future.

Appalling customer service !We were shopping for a kitchen and went to the showroom to have a look. They were shortlisted and we wanted to give our business (a large kitchen ) to a local business .The person at the showroom was dismissive and did not appear to have any interest in our business . She said ‘we are big’ . She showed zero interest in understanding the size of our business or to understand how close we were up make a decision .With this experience we did not want to test them further with an expensive investment ( and a relationship) and very quickly chose a competing ( and much ‘bigger’) provider with an outstanding customer service!Good luck, Planit!

My boyfriend and I ordered a custom cabinet for our main bathroom. I couldn’t fault their professionalism and support through out the process of designing and installing it in our home. Planit Kitchens will be our go to place for when we renovate our kitchen. I highly recommend!

We were extremely happy with all aspects of dealing with Planit Kitchens.From design to installation there were no problems at all.We have had many compliments on our kitchen set up which was entirely different to what we initially wanted. Great design by John with some lovely touches and installation was quick and professional. They honoured all their promised timeframes and when a minor issue occurred with a door after installation they were very responsive and sorted it quickly. I'm so happy with my kitchen. The quality is outstanding and everyone is so complimentary about it.I highly recommend them!

My partner and I recently renovated our kitchen. We had no idea what we wanted and lucky enough the kitchen designer came to our rescue. They were so polite, professional and patient with us. The whole process was such a breeze. They regularly kept in contact with us, keeping us up to date with everything and they were very flexible with our changes of ideas. This company did a fantastic job designing and installing our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with the result. A massive thanks to the team at Planit Kitchens!

Do not use these people. They demand full payment in advance and then don’t do the job. No one calls. No one turns up.Utterly dreadful experience.We were told to pay the final $84,000 payment before they would deliver and install. We did on the day asked and now 5 weeks later are still waiting for it to be finished.I hope they go broke and the staff have to find new jobs.Australian business is fat and lazy. It’s so hard to find anyone who will do what they say they are going to do

After reviewing and receiving quotes from other kitchen companies based on the Central Coast,My wife and I selected Planit Kitchens as our preferred supplier.We are extremely happy with our choice, the whole process from design to installation was faultless.Their experience, product knowledge, quality and prompt installation made the choice to use Planit Kitchens, justified.Certainly worth the wait and would have no hesitation to use and recommend the services of Planit Kitchens.
