Love this shop so much!! I come here all the time to buy oils for my diffuser. All the staff there are soo wonderful and welcoming. Angie, one of the staff members was especially helpful when helping me pick out oils, she knew exactly what I was after and gave great recommendations! I couldn’t be happier with my purchases !

The manager Jess was remarkably rude when interupting one of her employees during our conversation. She then tried to proceed with my sale and I walked out with nothing.Her employees do much better work then her to say the least..

The two ladies working Sunday were 5 star. Very friendly and knew a lot about the products. Almost made up for the store having virtually no oil for my diffuser. Very annoying.

Always fun at Tweed City Dusk , not only are the staff helpful but they make it a great shopping pleasure. Always impressed with lots of products to choose from i normally come away with something or go back if I have seen an iterm.Was a member in Perth 11yrs ago and now at the Tweed store

Wow Jason I must say I disagree, I have been in the store a personally attended to by jess and her staff on many occasions, jess is very professional and knowledgeable about her products, and team at tweed city are very welcoming and helpful when you need assistance.

Love this shop. Some of their oils and candles are so gorgeous. Reasonably priced as well. One of my favourite shops in Tweed City at the moment. I lost my car in the recent floods and have had minimal power and electrical so their candles not only smell beautiful they cheer me up as well as their fragrances. At least I can smell nice. I would even catch a bus there and that's saying something.
