Very good store with good hearted managers. Helped with my fishing program for mental health clients by donating some spin combos. They have definitely made a difference and made me a repeat customer to all BCF stores whenever I need tackle!

We had bobby help us today with sleeping bag, camping matress(last one in the store) and tackle boxes. He really showed great customer service and seemed super genuine when helping my partner and I with folding the mattress. Thanks Bobby appreciate your help today!

Really unacceptable behaviour from an employee of BCFWith small businesses being shut down due to the Covid 19, you would think customer service is at a high priority, not in this case.I was in BCF Myaree and an elderly lady came up to me if i needed any help. I had a question in regards to the fridge/ freezer, she gave advice but it was her comments afterwards that was unacceptable, she was making fun of my question to another employee and said, and i quote,You get all types in this store" she went on to mock my question.I thought really ?I rang the store manager informing him of the problem and he told me it was out of character from her

Top notch review after calling with some very technical questions about some lowerance gear, couldn't be happier with the service I received from the local fisho expert at Myaree BCF, and furthermore the staff member who picked up the phone while I was on hold to check if I'd been looked after (fisho was checking gear for me) and to top it off I lent help laughing at the BCF jingle hold music they've got going. Whole deal put me in a good mood. Cheers guys. Keep up the good work (defs better service than anaconda currently)

Early this year I got my crabbing drop nets here. Today, we found a bush shook, a rubber sponge tube, with a sling that can load up the weight of 6 cold cans. What a great idea! Aussie can! Haha, cheers! (2022-04)

Update your time on google for holiday periods! Came at 8:00am and then you have a sign on the door that says not open until 8:30am… as a result walked across to Anaconda to do my Xmas shopping
