Bought a wall mirror, no instructions, parts missing and the nuts were too small for the bolts to fit. The mirror ended up breaking during installation as it didn't have all the correct parts to install it properly and the response we got was basically stiff, your fault, was even accused of breaking it in transit (wow!) - then randomly sent a free stool to shut us up.Thanks for the reply - we bought the mirror through KSHE -They said that they had spoken to you - I'm happy to discuss if I can contact someone

Dealing with various salon supply companies, La Unica Salon was so happy to find these guys, a De Lorenzo ASPYA recommendation, when any equipment has been delivered, they will unpack and make sure the purchases are complete and not damaged, going to the warehouse for my basins was good, the sales person new their products and were from reputable companies. Two years later I needed the basin chairs serviced, once again professional with a solution and knowledge of the system, happy again. Thank you Joiken !
