NEVER to go to this cat wash!!! - Booked premium wash online, expecting to get the service as advertised. Arrived and was told interior wipe not included and exterior dirt will not be removed.Asked the lady why, she literally said “forget about the price list and forget items on the poster, things get changed”.We were shocked and asked what’s does a $62 premium wash includes, she said “basically an automatic car wash, if you want a clean car wash, pay $199.”Seriously!!! ad fraud!!

Got the Premium Wash for $72. I was surprised when they called me 20 minutes later to collect the car. The car had barely been vacuumed, there was still sand on plastic of boot (SUV). I wasn’t willing to pay until it was done again, the guy gave it a quick once over. The excuse for the car no being washed properly was that I didn’t get the Super Wash for an extra $20.These guys are below average at their work and will try to upsell anyone that goes near the place. Avoid at all costs

I've tried many car washes in the past, but this one stands out from the rest. The quality of their work is exceptional.

Absolutely horrendous. Missed spots all over the car. Got up sold for the wet wipe down inside and still areas with visible dirt on them. Still cobwebs all over side rear vision mirror. Will never come back, and will tell everyone I know not to come back.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HEREI had my car washed here on Monday and they have scratched almost the entire car including the front and rear lights. It is covered in fine scratches. I immediately pointed this out to the staff, the first staff member was considerate and offered to buff the damage but insisted I still pay for the clean. The manager was rude and arrogant and insisted the damage hadn’t been done at their car wash and denied the scratches were even there. The car had not even been cleaned with visible mud and cobwebs still on the mirrors.

I would recommend for the car wash. These guys are serious professional, no problem whatsoever. Highly appreciated the hard work maximum worth of the money. Thank you for the service. Amazing service! The service was very good and the people helping out were very nice and friendly and did a great job in cleaning my car.

Worst car wash experience ever.I paid $120.00 for a super wash, I questioned about why simply the windscreen wipers did not gets cleaned up, even just a wipe off with a rag could get the dirt off.The on-site manager advised that is not part of the super wash package. And to get these sort of area clean up properly would fall into detailing???? I don’t understand what has anything to do with windscreen wiper rubbers. Not to mention the door jams, tailgate aperture are still full of dirt. They are simply not interested at all. Not even try to rectify it and I had to wipe the dirt off myself with a rag, When I ask why can’t you just wash the outside properly, the manager and the assistant advised that we had offer to for the higher price package which would include a more “detailed” cleaning costs $200.00.A simple car wash business which try to lure the customers into a trap to pay hundred of dollar for a simple car wash.Don’t waste your money on this car wash company.

Paid $150 and my wheel looks like this afterward. And they said that’s supposed to like this because I didn’t choose the $350 package. Decide to come or not by your choice, won’t come back ever.

This is the best carwash in doncaster and so convenient as you leave your car and go shopping and I came back to a sparkling beauty. I couldn’t believe the work and effort this team puts in your car, seemed bit expensive then other places with the quality is hands down.Will definitely recommend to everyone looking for car detailing and a great wash. Thanks guys for making my car super spotless
