Male staff member this morning was rude and kept forgetting order. When my order was finally ready, instead of saying, your order is ready, he just pointed and assumed i knew what he meant, wont be coming back.

Sick of the staff here. They winge non-stop about working, if you want coffee you have to order 20mins earlier for pickup in 5mins, they forget to charge for petrol even though you tell them 3 times you got it.

Stop to get my coffee every day before work. It's always made well and quick. Even with limited staff and bizzy store. They great there regulars like family. Big patt on the back.

Staff working at midnight 24/25/11 was rude, swearing at my partner to the extent she went into sensory overload because he was angry about having to do the til, obviously lazy and late for his deadline when we asked for donuts as well. Would not except cash. No mask. Vulgar language. I hope peregrine corporation fire this absolute scumbag of an employee as he is a complete detriment to the peregrine range of services/brands.

I just left the shop and this lovely woman is stuck all by herself with a huge line. Someone couldn’t take a shift today apparently. Working so hard this woman I wish I could have helped her out. Hopefully otr can provide someone to fill in because it’s just horrible the way they’re treated!

Had nice soy flat white today and didn't need to wait too long to be served. If you are looking for somewhere to sit while enjoying your coffee you had better go elsewhere. As I was on a scooter not ideal but it is what is.
