Customer service was absolutely trash! my partner and myself had a reservation for 8:15pm, walked in to only get greeted with ‘do you guys have a reservation’ she then continued to just tell us to sit anywhere and order by the QR code, she then kept going and told us that we need to be quick if we are ordering from the bistro as it was about to close.. (why let reservations book late then)ordered our dinner via QR code & got a message to say it was ready, poor customer service. had to get out own cutlery and bring our own food up..half way thru out meals a tall black hair lady approached us and told us if we wanted anymore drinks go attend the bar now as they where closing (8:45) as far as i was concerned they don’t close until 9.Left bistro very unappreciative, attitude and highly disrespectful staff

They put the wrong number on our buzzer, tried to give us the wrong food and gave me a hard time saying that's what we have written down". It was meant to be 1 lamb shank and they were handing us a pizza and a schnitzel

When some of our table had finished their meals and our meals hadn’t arrived yet, our query as to where our meals were was met with stressed & poorly trained staff. The girls on the counter said “it depends on what you’ve ordered”, the chef yelled “who do you think I am?” and the ‘manager’ who was an intimidating aggressive person with no customer service skills whatsoever, said “well what do you want me to do about it?”. Finally the burger & schnitzel came out over 30mins after our friends meals. A simple “we’re sorry you’re meals are delayed, have a glass of wine on us” would have solved the problem quickly & calmly. Wouldn’t bother going there again sadly.

Had a lunch, quiche and salad so delicious. Coffee was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Going back for lunch at Tavern next week end.

We held a 50th birthday party in the “Do Room” over the weekend. The event staff (particularly Anna) went above and beyond to make sure the evening was a success. It was a lovely and relaxed venue, and the food was great. I heard multiple people talking about how they enjoyed both the beef and the chicken. Personally, I had the beef, and it was melt in your mouth tender.Thank you for the amazing night, and I will definitely be recommending this place to others as a great party venue…

Waited an hour and 10 minutes for 2 burgers and some cheesy garlic bread. The food came out barely warm and was severely underwhelming. Staff were rude. Go somewhere else if you value your sanity.

The Wyong Milk Factory Tavern has been hosting our comedy shows since 2019. We have found them to be a pleasure to deal with and dedicated to helping us give customers a great night out at our shows.Despite the challenges in the last two years of bushfires, floods and COVID (and the staff shortages it has created in hospitality), the management's consistent focus in our discussions has been looking after customers.We survey customers who attend our shows and the feedback frequently mentions how good the food and the atmosphere is at the venue.We hope they continue getting the local support they need to get things back to 'normal' after two extremely tough years.

Came here after a Hens/Bucks Weekend with a big group and they were so accommodating and went absolutely above and beyond.Plus their fire engines are the best around! Even @fire_engine_reviews on Instagram gave them a 4.9 stars out of 5!Highly recommend!

Fantastic to break up a long driving trip with kids. Great indoor play centre style playground to allow them to release all their pent up energy.Had the prawn & chorizo spaghetti which was alright, but the sauce is pre-prepared as I was unable to request no onions.
