Dean serviced our evaporative cooling and split system today. We were very happy with his service and he picked up the fault on our evaporative cooling system and replaced the part. Dean was punctual, he was upfront with the cost at my initial enquiry. He was very professional and it was very obvious that he is an expert at what he does. My ducted heating died in this freezing Melbourne weather and Dean was able to fix it within minutes. He also offered to service my heater and said I wouldn't have to worry about maintenance for another couple of years all this within 30 mins. Love your work Dean, you made it stress free for me. I highly recommend his services as you won't regret a respectable, professional and honest man.

Dean was professional, punctual and prompt to reply to messages when my 20 year evaporative cooler needed attention. He came out the next day to inspect the unit and within a week he upgraded it to more efficient and energy saving system. Was going to be 40 degree days when our aircon decided to die... Gave Dean a call and he sorted everything and gave advice on what size, brand and type we should go for to suit the lounge area. He had everything sorted in less than a day and kept the area neat and tidy both during and after installation.The quote given was very reasonable and he treats you like he is your own family.Highly recommend and he is now our go to aircon and heating guy for friends and family.

We used Dean recently to replace our evaportative cooler. He came and did an initial inspection and quote and listened to our needs. He supplied and installed a great Braemar system within a day. This was fantastic given it was a 35 degree day! The jobs was neat and tidy and he took all the old system away. Very friendly and professional. Will be calling again about more work with the heater next time.
