How many SACATs hearings do I have to have and how many times will they breach the contract. Its not acceptable to be handed over a unclean property and I am expected to tidy it up for free. I was pressured to accept the property As is!". They attempted to evict me because I stood up for my rights as a tenant.Demand action with written emails

Selling this property was a protracted process, having three contacts, with lots of negotiations, before the final one was secured. And even that final one was nearly terminated during the cooling-off period, but Casey worked till 11 pm that night and managed to save the contract by providing the purchaser with a last-minute rental appraisal and good advice. I think, during the several phone calls that evening that I heard children playing in the background while Casey was tenaciously and persistently seeking to seal the deal, all the time being so pleasant and patient in all her dealings.Casey has an extremely pleasant personality, combined with outstanding professional abilities and it has been a pleasure to have Casey act as our sales agent.

Downright mean people who rent below par properties at way too high prices. They have no respect for their tenants. Be wary if you decide to rent through this agency. And make sure you know your legal rights. And get yourself well aquainted with the residency tenancy tribunal. They are there to help.

Be very wary of renting through this company. House full of mould. Took two weeks to get oven fixed. No mail for three months due to they changed the house number without notifying the council or Australia post. They did not fix that issue I had to. They bad mouth me to other real estate companies when I passed every inspection and have to cards to prove it. I hope people take the time to read other negative rental reviews on this company
