I’ve been taking my car to be serviced here for years. Not any more.During my most recent visit I was treated like dirt. For some reason they had two numbers on file for me (no idea how this happened) and despite telling them the correct mobile, and witnessing the manager cross out the incorrect number, he still called and messaged the wrong number and didn’t go ahead with the service I had requested.When I picked up my car the following day (nothing had been done) it wasn’t in the car park and I asked multiple times where it was and was told “it’s there somewhere” and as I walked out (thinking the manager was following me to show me) I had the door slammed behind me. Please know,I did not do anything to bring this on. The manger was on the phone and handed over the key, not interested in a dialogue with me at all.I had concerns about my car (which is why I had booked in the service) and he was annoyed at having to end his phone call. I apologised and said “I know your are busy and I’m sorry to inconvenience you but can I just ask a follow up question about my car?”I was extremely polite the entire time and did nothing to provoke him.I cannot believe his manner towards me. Made me feel so low like I had done something wrong. I was in such shock I burst into tears.Take your car somewhere else is my advice.

Had a puncture repair. Brought the car in at 5.05pm, 25 mins before closing time before the Easter holiday. Kyle get the job done straight away with a great customer service. Thank you. You guys should be proud with him.

For the holiday my family and I was headed for Noosa for a vacation. When I was about to leave, I found that the tire of the car had been pierced by a nail. Shops that repair tires were closed due to it being Easter. Most shops were closed but we noticed that MyCar was open. A kind gentleman helped us and said that the tire can be repaired. The tire was patched quickly. We thought it would be expensive during the holidays when few repair shops are open but, to our great surprise, the lad patched it up for free and wished us a happy Easter. This moved us very much and made us feel happy all day long. A very nice lad. Many thanks to him! Thank you for the kindness and love!

Wife took her car here for a roadworthy. Absolutely disgusted in the bulldust they gave her most likely because she's a women . Said all four tyres weren't gonna roadworthy . After reviewing for myself I decided to gather a third opinion elsewhere was told they're definitely fine for all four inside and out . Hope your proud of yourselves .

I had my daughter-in-law's car repaired at mycar, Mt gravatt/ holland park. Previously she had it serviced at Mercedes Benz. She was so pleased with the service , speed of repair and cost that she will continue to use mycar. Again, thank you Michael!

Professional and helpful staff! Even though I came late in the day they were friendly and helped me out. They were a little busy but that didn't stop them having a look at my tyre and finding the nail. Puncture was fixed quickly and balance was checked as well. I was a bit skeptical when I drove into the mycar centre as I was used to seeing some bigger mycar centres located around shopping centres. But looks can be totally deceiving as these mechanics were super professional.

Logbook service- Mechanic was super friendly, punctual and professional, did a quick and efficient job and the pricing was reasonable. Will use these guys again for sure.

Great experience, quick service and honesty (rare to find these days). Went for puncture repair and willing to pay and told by Mike, no payment required as its part of previously purchased tyre. 5 start and more for the guys.
