Excellent communication, great service, claims are no problem

Absolute pleasure doing business with NRMA Tamworth. The customer service of one staff member in-particular: Vicki Constable was outstanding. I was wanting a quote for travel insurance and she promptly provided me with multiple offers that suited all of my needs. Would highly recommend her services to anyone!!!!

When you can get to the office the staff are great, HOWEVER, recently I purchased a car in Warren NSW, wanting to give my local office support I rang the Branch direct, I got the inevitable message, staff busy can we call you back, left my number explaining I wanted to take out a cover note for my drive home, got to Gilgandra tried again, same situation, got all the way home, guess what, still no call back, you wonder if this office wants to remain relevant for the loyal local staff they have?

Great to have a local brand and local staff to go and talk to. While internet is convenient, I much prefer to go into a branch for my insurances, to have someone to talk to in person instead of an unknown random phone operator or online help. The Office staff here are great, helpful, happy and have great customer service.

Excellent customer service

I was with NRMA Insurance for over 12 years, until recently where I had to change due to my business offering me a vehicle. NRMA have always given me top service, often got given discounts and good advice. I highly recommend NRMA.

Quick response and friendly service

I’ve been waiting for five hours for roadside assistance to arrive so am writing this review to pass the time. After waiting two hours, I rang back to check progress and learned that my initial job request got lost in the system. I spoke to a new operator who ensured me someone was on the way. Wait. Repeat process with a new operator. I then received a call from a towing contractor who said he had been altered to my situation by the NRMA but couldn’t actually head out to retrieve our vehicle until he received an order number from the NRMA. I am now on call wait with NRMA trying to connect them with the tow operator and get the order number sorted.In good news, the staff at Bendemeer Hotel are absolute legends. So friendly in helping out with our group members and offering help in anyway they can.Update, got through to a new NRMA operator (Abdul) who has been fantastic. Truck is on its way, friendly and competent service and an opportunity to provide feedback, upgrading from a one star to a two star experience.

I dropped in to see the local office with some difficult questions that I needed to ask. Given the situation I felt they did an excellent job and explained everything in ways that I could understand. I was impressed with their professional manner, policies, ethics, and empathy. I don't regret giving them my business.
