Big fan of Anne's, one of the top Banh MI's we've had. Unfortunately today after travelling 45 minutes, looking forward to our lunch we had to give up due to the level crossing works on Union Road. We tried so hard to get there but every road leading to you was blocked off and the traffic was bumper to bumper. I feel so sorry that we couldn't support you today but hope this stupidity is over soon and doesn't impact you too much. We'll be back

Some of the best Bánh Mi in Melbourne is at Anne's Pantry. First time at the Surrey Hills store, a regular at Mt Waverley. Ultra fresh crispy rolls, and plenty of filling. A bit pricey compared to getting one at a Vietnamese bakery in Richmond or Springvale, but being able to sit down inside or outside to enjoy the roll and a great coffee is worth it. Smiling staff who prepared our lunch quickly.

We’ve been going to Anne’s pantry for a while but recent years there’s been a change of management and prices are really inconsistent. When this problem was raised by the manager (lady) she was really rude and said she’s too busy to discuss.We try really hard to support local but won’t be going to Anne’s pantry in Surrey Hills anymore!

This place has done a lot to me and my family. Through tough times when they asked politely if we wanted discounts to still knowing my name years later. This place truly and heartly holds a place in my heart. Food is always, always enjoyable with a wide variety and an extensive menu of different cultures. I cant think of a better place for a lunch meal. No wonder they are always busy and selling. The milkshakes are a highlight for me as they are fair priced and the Vietnamese rolls are great and introduced to Vietnamese food. Favorite local food place. No complaints

This is my biggest disappointment. Their banh mi used to not only be a bargain at $6.50, but also absolutely delicious. The bread was fantastic: fresh, tasty. The meat was plentiful and always had to queue.I used to go there twice a week, they were that yummy.In under 12 months, prices have doubled, now the bread is often stale and at my last visit the meat was mostly fat.I don't know if there's been an owner change, but whatever happens, it wasn't for the best.

I ordered uber eats here and they left out 2 caramel slices. I called and they didn’t even offer to drop them over, I even asked them if they could and they made excuses.

Poor line/queue co-ordination and banh mi was way overpriced for what it was. Better to go elsewhere unless you’re desperate.
