Having built with Regent Homes before we didn’t hesitate in going back to them to build our dream/forever home. As expected the build quality and finishes were excellent. Shout out to Danielle during the selections stage for organising the consultations with the different contractors and for her great ideas and suggestions. Our supervisor Ben, was great throughout the construction stage with his solutions to any challenges that popped up during the build, along with his practical suggestions on how some things might look if we did it a certain way which turned out for the better. Also one thing to mention was how clean the building site was during the build and our walk throughs. It just showed that Regent Homes and its contractors really care about their projects to keep the site clean and safe compared to other building sites in the estate which have rubbish everywhere. Thanks again to the Regent team for our beautiful home, we couldn’t be happier!

It has been a journey in getting our house built on the land we bought. The entire experience with Regent Homes was great. Of course, like many other projects, there were issues that came up along the journey, but the site manager Lee Reynolds worked with us to make sure we understood our options and we were happy with the result. Lee is very timely, pleasant, skilled and patient. When something did come up, Lee was non-defensive. He immediately responded and investigate to mitigate the issues. Lee met with us several times to go over progress and plans in detail. He is easygoing and always super responsive to any question or concern that we had. He may not know all the answers, but he will point us in the right direction, so we are not left with anxiety. Most importantly our house finished on schedule even when there were labour and material shortage all over the industry.Also, we have to thank the first contact that we made with Regent Homes, which was with David Amos, a professional gentleman in one of their display homes. David understands exactly what we wanted and has accompanied us throughout the design process. David is aware of our situation and guided us with very considerate and helpful advice.The only thing that gave a negative impression is from TDR (electrical contractor). Due to the change of personnel, they didn’t pass on the information properly. There were some unexpected changes to our original plan, and we didn’t get some of the features that we wanted. Unfortunately, it is irreversible after the cables were laid.Regardless, we highly recommend the team that we have worked with from Regent Homes and would recommend them to anyone who wishes to build with peace of mind.

Regent homes recently built a single storey home for us in Rostrevor. Our building supervisor Adrian Ousman was a pleasure to deal with. Adrian informed us of any problems that came up and worked constructively with us to resolve every one of them. He kept us informed of the next stages of the build and the anticipated dates. Nothing phased him and he was always calm and pleasant, always answering my calls or returning them or a text the same day. He was ably supported by the construction manager Phil who was also very helpful and knowledgeable during the build. The overall result is excellent and we would recommend Regent homes.

We have had a great experience building with Regent Homes. The Sales Rep David was very helpful, honest and trustworthy. The design team were fantastic and we were thrilled to have the capacity to tailor a design to suit our vision. The budget was managed in an honest and planful way, ie no unexpected price increases. We had a dedicated project Manager, and Adrian was really fantastic. We really have received excellent service and been built a beautiful quality home. We highly recommend Regent Homes.

After quite a few stop start moments with developing architectural plans and working with different builders, and unsure whether to renovate or detonate, we met Tina Booth from Regent Homes and commenced their pre-build process. Designer Natalie Bryant came up with the perfect floor plan for our challenging site on the first go after a 2 hour detailed meeting with us. Having the 3D plans along with floor plan, site plan and elevations at our fingertips has been invaluable for finding those minor details that we've been able to tweak before it's too late and to see the build sitting on our site. There are even bonus features to accurately measure, see sun movement and share your plans with friends and family. Best of all our dream build is now within our budget - we can't wait to move through the build process with Regent!

Regent Homes have provided an excellent service for our custom home design so far. After having a bad experience with another builder, we were quite apprehensive about whether any builder could deliver what we needed within our budget and whether they could be trusted.Regent Homes have exceeded our expectations to this point of the project. David A has provided excellent guidance about the build and Scott B has taken on all our feedback and incorporated this into a beautiful floor plan. We are extremely picky regarding certain design features, however Regent have been extremely accommodating throughout the process. Their communication has been excellent and we are so pleased with their service so far.Let's hope the remainder of the journey goes just as smoothly and they deliver on quality within the budget.

We moved in to our new build 2 months ago. We are very happy with the whole team at Regent. They build a fantastic quality residence at a good price and delivered in a timely manner. Our sales person David was very easy to deal with, and transparent about what can be achieved. Alex designed our home after the initial brief, and got everything right. This was the third custom builder we engaged and others could not get the design right to suit our brief. Regent worked with quality suppliers who did an excellent job of fitting out our place. Jayne from the office was very efficient. Their 3 best qualities are communication, passion for their work and quality.Our site supervisor Adrian was amazing. He was always easily contactable and would promptly get back in case of any queries. We had our own building inspector who was happy with the quality of the build and whenever any issues arose, Adrian addressed it to our satisfaction. He is always pleasant and it’s a testament to his supervision that we had nothing much to work on during our post handover inspection recently. After long time comparison, we finally signed building contract with Regent Homes for our new house.They have a very professional and helpful team from sales consultant David Amos, lead designer Alex, selection consultant Lydia, contact manager Hannah, finance manger Jayne and construction team Leader Phil. From the design process, where we were able to view our house through virtual reality technology, through to the selections and the build, the customer service was excellent.Lee, as our site manager, did a great job communicating with us, to ensure that things ran smoothly.
