ALDI

Horrible staff member had served my 15 year old sister today at around 5:25pm. She went into (Aldi Aurora) to get cat litter and was served by an older man (fare skin, brown eyes, bold). She had struggled to pay through my phone and had informed him that I was coming down to pay. When I had got there, I had seen my sister was alone in the isle, while the gates were closed. When I had seen her, she was very distressed and quoted he had said “ I do not have time for you”, and left the area. He had said go to another isle in a disgusting tone. She was not even able to get to the next isle because he had closed the gates on her. When I had arrived, I was unable to see him in sight. I have never seen such disgusting customer service in my life. I have only given one star because I am unable to give none.

Good shopping for groceries and daily household items.

I always go to aldi before the 2 big supermarkets much cheaper. I love the specials buys have brought many great items there without any issues with products

Good local Aldi. Nice people but seems stock is always an issue

Meat for sale that was a week out of date and no floor staff to remove the item and checkout operator didn't care much.

Oh Aldi always full of good bargains. Same good quality on some items e.g. buiscuits and frozen items (felt in love with spinach and ricotta puff pastry triangles).

This is a big store at Epping side of Harvest Home Road. It feels like all the unsold special buy items from other stores are in the place. Arrangement is according to the new Aldi store layout and quite clean. Only two checkouts were open with quite a queue until another checkout was opened.

Great products and prices but registers rush you to oack quickly as they don't have room to put your stuff every thing is good
