We had ducted air conditioning installed in March and we love it! The men who installed it were most professional and did a great job.

Very Disappointed, I had a ducted system air conditioner installed into my elderly grandparents house. The installers left the roof tiles off the roof and when contacting the company to inform them, they stated they would return to the address and fix the tiles, no one showed and I did not hear from them. Also after the installation the house was having issues with hot water after having a hot water technician out they stated that someone had detached the power to the hot water and used the power source for the air conditioner. After 2 weeks of no hot water to the premised and multiple attempts to contact the company with nil response. I finally was able to talk to someone and was advised that an electrician would attend the address on a certain date, which they did not show. I have now had to pay for multiple technicians to fix the issue that was caused by the company and am still yet to hear from them.Do not recommend using this company at all.

We had ducted air con installed in our house (over $10,000 spent) yet it doesn't work in our bedroom while the rest of the bedrooms are like igloo's, we still have to sleep with a fan on in our room while the air con is going. When you spend 10k you should not have to use a fan. They don't want to know about it!! I'm now on the search for a reputable company who can come fix their bungled mess and give us a system that works. Save yourself the drama and find a company who stand behind their work.

Finally got ducted air conditioning. Trim Temp installed it and I fully recommend them.They offered good value as well as being very professional and extremely courteous.

I contacted Trim Temp, for minor repair on my Daikin Air con that they installed 6 years ago brand-new. My unit was having communication problem. The office lady charged me almost $3000 for repair & she told me when i paid the cash their is zero guarantee on the repair, if it the replacement part doesn't fix the problem it will cost me extra or additional charges on top of the $3000. This is Joke, they already charged me $185 for call out fee. anyway I ended up calling FROSTBYTE Air conditioning to see if they help, Omar frostbyte air con fix the pro within 15 minsand my Air con was running for less than $300. I'll NOT recommended Trim Temp for any Air con service. Pls Pls ppl stay away from this company. I'm extremely disappointed by their dishonesty

During the middle of the HEAT of summer Andrei and his installation team replaced a faulty air conditioner in our home with speedy, professional and exceptional service, with no fuss.Two weeks later in my investment property the ducted air conditioner was constantly tripping power. My tenants begged me to fix ASAP. Andrei went out of his away, despite being busy to find that the capacitor was faulty, which he ordered and installed with great speed. Thanks TRIM TEMP AIR for your AMAZING service!

Horrible customer service and the contractors are only there for the money rather than to fix the issue. They will spend their minimum time to ‘look’ at the issue then make an excuse to not be able to find the issue. Then the company will send a different person the next day and still get billed twice? Recommend everyone go somewhere else if you want a functional air conditioning system.

From the first quote to the completed product, Andrei & his team were extremely professional, ontime and communicated when they would be there. 2 A/C's removed and new ones installed with all old devices taken away and everything cleaned up at home. Cannot recommend them any more highly. Great to have people that turn up when they say and do such a fantastic job.

Worst idea i ever made . STAY AWAY they tell u everything you want to hear and when they install it after a month u have warranty issues and they just dont even want to answer your calls your emails or anything you go to their office and they say sorry we didnt see your call or email . And after 3 months they still havnt set up a date on when to fix the problem . The receptionist just lies and lies very bad workmanship very bad quality in anything they do and a receptionist that lies non stop

I recently had Trim Temp out to review 2 issues on my aircon. The technician mentioned 2 ducts collapsed and left. I called his mobile and left a voicemail an hour later as I realised he didn’t mention my 2nd control panel which wasn’t working, nor look at it. He never called me back.I called the office not long later and the lady said she’d pass on my details was quite rude.A week later I called the office again after receiving the quote for repairs in the mail, which stated nothing about the 2nd controller. I’m still waiting on phone calls.I’ve since gotten the repairs done at a FRACTION of the cost, and feel ripped off that I paid $180 for a call-out fee and an incomplete repair quote. I DO NOT recommend.Next time also, maybe you should warn customers about the callout fee rather than surprise them. Not worth it.
