He communicates exceptionally clearly, in layman’s terms, is honest and trustworthy.Paul only promises what he can deliver, and then will go above and beyond to do just that, all with impeccable attention to detail.He has wide ranging experience with the major market brands, and in the rare case he does not know something will go and find the answer or a solution.Paul has helped us on numerous occasions over the past 5 years with advice on pool and spa maintenance and the hands on replacement or fixing of our our filtering equipment, which is also linked to solar heating as well as a heat pump. It’s complexity has never phased him.Always willing to help. Reasonably priced. Had a recommendation for Taypool from a colleague to look after our new pool and haven’t looked back. Paul is easy going, honest, reliable and professional and most of all knows the pool business backwards. Other trades and services can be so unreliable and frustrating but not Taypool.I took my water testing to a local shop for a while but it was convenient and expensive (despite the free testing the chemicals were super expensive). This is more convenient, cheaper, better service and reliable.Even if you have a regular pool service company already, Paul is worth a call for a chat to see what they offer IMO
